My Mission

I want to help you reach your goals, to show you how easy it can be to live a balanced, healthy and happy life in a sustainable way.

By taking a different approach to Personal Training, I want to offer you more than just a workout schedule. Burns Training and Fitness is a supportive fitness community unlike any you have ever seen.

My Approach

My trainings focus on building a solid strength foundation with an emphasis on your core, hips, shoulders, balance and functional movement. We can challenge ourselves in so many ways while having fun, and you will learn activities that can be used anywhere without equipment or a lot of space. Be ready to start enjoying taking care of yourself and your body. I believe that health and joy is a gift that we ALL deserve—diversity, equality and inclusion are guiding principles in both my approach to training and in my life.

Because together we can do this! Like most things in life, your fitness and health goals can be achieved with the right amount of support, instruction and inspiration—and taking the first step. Whether this is your first time “exercising” or you are an experienced athlete training for an event or recovering from injury, I would be honored to offer the motivating and evidence based guidance to help you achieve your goals.
