Burns Training & Fitness offers specialized one on one sessions for any client working on specific goals—whether it is weight loss, building lean muscle, injury recovery and/or long-term health management.

How it works

First, we meet to discuss your goals and determine a schedule that works with your lifestyle, and then a personalized Burns Training Program will be designed specifically for you. Using the help of the Burns Training Fitness App, you will have 24 hour access to your trainer and your personally designed training program. Additionally, you will receive regular check-ins to help motivate and celebrate your accomplishments and to keep you on track, navigating the obstacles that everyday life throws at us. Nutrition will also be addressed as fueling our bodies is a huge component of achieving our goals. Together, we will get you in the best shape of your life—and maintain it.
