Brittany Carrigan,

Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

BS Nutrition and Exercise Physiology

ABOUT BRITTANY:

Brittany was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and moved to the Columbia River Gorge in 2014. After several years of building her health-conscious culinary career, she sustained an injury in which she learned to heal herself through nutrition and exercise. Shortly after, she decided to go back to school at Washington State University to earn a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and exercise physiology, so she would have the tools to help others heal in the same way.

Brittany currently resides in Mosier, Oregon with her Border Collie, Smokey (the bear). In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her dog, cooking/baking food for the body and soul, singing, spending time with friends, and traveling when time allows.

Brittany’s goal when working with clients is to be a guide that caters to their bio-individual needs and helps them to live their best possible life through holistic nutrition and movement of the body. She strives to empower her clients to feel strong, confident, healthy, and happy!
